
I make cold brew from fresh roasted coffee beans that I have not sold.
My entire coffee philosophy is based on the idea that fresh roasted coffee is the best. In my Cafe’s we roast our coffee every day, and everything that has not been sold we make into cold brew. Cold brew coffee will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3 weeks after it is brewed and bottled. This extends my “freshness” window from 24 hours to 3 weeks.
As a result, we have a business model that is green, sustainable, and has zero waste! Our demand for our cold brew is strong enough to make this possible. Not only do we sell cold brew by the bottle, but we use it as the base coffee in all of our iced coffee drinks.
