Looks about the same to me. Same system, capsule coffee (which is todays version of instant coffee), all wrapped up in a nice looking package that makes it very easy and convenient to use.
What you can expect from this system is; inferior coffee (that ends up costing more per cup than buying the best quality 100% Arabica and roasting, grinding, and brewing it yourself), coffee that gives you little more than a dose of caffeine leaving you unsatisfied and hankering for more.
