Morning Ritual

Building a Mindful Morning Ritual with Coffee

Hello, coffee lover. I’m Pak Kopi, and I’m back with another segment of my Coffee Truther series. This episode focuses on establishing a dedicated morning ritual. For those who haven’t yet seen it, I previously completed a video exploring the connection between coffee and consciousness, which is linked in the description below. This new segment is designed to complement that previous discussion.

My core recommendation is to create a morning ritual centered entirely around the act of making coffee. This process should include roasting, grinding, and brewing, followed by a period of meditation with your cup. I believe this approach is essential for setting your mind toward the goals you wish to create and accomplish during the day.

In my own routine, the entire process of roasting, grinding, and brewing takes me about half an hour. Once that time has passed, I sit down with my coffee to meditate. This quiet moment allows me to observe what comes to my mind immediately after waking up. Sometimes it is a continuous stream of thoughts; other times, it is an opportunity to clear out subconscious items that have surfaced overnight. I use this time to focus on the day ahead, identifying what I want to achieve and what I want to create.

When I brew really good coffee, I find that ideas and the flow of inspiration enter my mind effortlessly. The creativity feels endless and keeps flowing very easily. I genuinely enjoy this time in the morning more than any other part of the day. So, I encourage you to give it a try and see how it works for you. It works wonderfully for me, and I highly recommend this practice to you as well.

This is Pak Kopi, and this is the Coffee Truther. See you next time.

All about coffee........."From the Cherry to the Cup". My experience with coffee has been a lifelong journey studying, experiencing, and practicing how to get the maximum amount of effect from this mystical, magical, sacred fruit. The coffee I am creating is medicinal quality and I, and others I turn on to it, are getting high off of it! Coffee is the most widely used psychoactive drug on the planet and is probably the least understood in terms of its effects on the human brain and body. I will try to de-mystify, de-bunk, and deliver logical and practical ways the average person can benefit most from coffee's special qualities.
