What’s the best coffee experience you’ve ever had?

The best coffee experience is my daily ritual of roasting, grinding, brewing, and then drinking my coffee. This gives me the best tasting and most potent coffee possible. By potent, I am talking about the effects I feel in my brain and body……not due only to caffeine but also from the 1,000+ other chemical substances that are only present and available when the coffee is consumed just after roasting.

My daily ritual is not time consuming nor is it expensive. It only takes about 15 minutes to go from the green unroasted coffee beans to sitting down and drinking my cuppa. The roasting machine I use is called the Power Roaster ($300) and roasts 120 grams (enough for 8 cups of coffee) in only 6 minutes. I then use a $40 burr grinder and a $30 Moka Pot (aka Stovetop Espresso maker).

My coffee makes me feel like Superman! It awakens me (without giving me a jittery feeling of too much caffeine due to the fact that I only use 100% Arabica which has HALF the caffeine of the cheaper Robusta variety). It also gives me a feeling of positivity, creativity, and eagerness to begin my day. I notice that my thoughts are stimulated in a way that is focused towards what is possible and positive. I believe these effects are from the other chemical substances (I mentioned earlier) that when combined with the perfect amount of caffeine gives me the perfect storm of ingredients that I cannot live without!

I believe every coffee drinker has the ability to elevate their daily coffee experience through this same 3 step process of roast, grind, and brew. I highly recommend it!

All about coffee........."From the Cherry to the Cup". My experience with coffee has been a lifelong journey studying, experiencing, and practicing how to get the maximum amount of effect from this mystical, magical, sacred fruit. The coffee I am creating is medicinal quality and I, and others I turn on to it, are getting high off of it! Coffee is the most widely used psychoactive drug on the planet and is probably the least understood in terms of its effects on the human brain and body. I will try to de-mystify, de-bunk, and deliver logical and practical ways the average person can benefit most from coffee's special qualities.
