The Power Roaster: A Fresh Revolution for Your Kitchen

Hi, my name is Asher Yaron, and I am a barista, coffee roaster, TEDx speaker, author, and coffee enthusiast. Over the years, I have introduced thousands of people to my coffee, and the response I get is always the same: people cannot believe that coffee can taste and feel this good.
The secret to my success is based on one very simple thing: fresh roasting. This one thing is so important to understanding what makes great coffee that I have dedicated more than ten years of my life to it. While I have spent those years designing and manufacturing commercial coffee roasters for cafes, my goal now is to reach more people. I want you to enjoy the best coffee in the world right in your own kitchen, and I have made it easy, convenient, and affordable.
I am proud to introduce the Power Roaster, an elegantly designed machine that will look great on your kitchen counter while roasting coffee flawlessly. Powered by a robust 1300-watt motor, this machine is capable of roasting 120 grams of coffee (about 1/4 pound) in just six minutes. We designed this machine to be simple to use and quick for convenience; there are no unnecessary dials or gauges, just a simple on/off switch.
Our process is designed for ease and efficiency. We source 100% green Arabica coffee beans and roast only as much as we need for a day or two, then place it in the roaster and turn the machine on. Once the cycle is complete, there is no deep cleaning necessary; you simply empty the stainless-steel chaff collector, and you are ready to roast again. Take your fresh-roasted coffee, grind it, and brew it like you normally would.
Making coffee this way gives you the best of everything: the best-tasting coffee, the healthiest coffee, and the coffee that has the most awakening effects on your brain and body. I am not talking about a little improvement; I am talking about a difference you cannot imagine until you try it.
Each Power Roaster will come with one kilo (2.2 pounds) of green coffee beans, with the option to order more. We want to become your green coffee supplier. This project has been in the making for several years, supported by a team of fabricators who are also artisans. They created a machine that is the perfect balance of form and function, ensuring we had an excellent working machine before offering it to the public.
Unlike other Kickstarter campaigns involving coffee roasters that have either been unable to deliver or priced their machines out of reach for the average person, we share the same passion and desire to introduce people to fresh-roasted coffee.
