What is the Best Drink to Start the Day: Coffee, Latte, Espresso or a Coke?

IMO, its freshly roasted, ground, and brewed 100% Arabica coffee. How you roast it (light, medium, or dark), and how you grind and brew it (for pour over, drip, or espresso), and what you add to it (milk, sugar, or other), is personal preference and entirely up to you.

I believe that coffee (when freshly roasted, ground, and brewed) is superior to other caffeinated beverages because coffee is much more than just caffeine. Over 1,000 chemical substances are created through the roasting process, and these have a profound effect on the brain by enhancing clarity, focus, inspiration, and happiness. In fact, this is the reason that I recommend only Arabica coffee. Arabica has 1/2 the caffeine as Robusta! The chemical effects of coffee on your brain is MORE powerful than just injesting a caffeinated beverage.

All about coffee........."From the Cherry to the Cup". My experience with coffee has been a lifelong journey studying, experiencing, and practicing how to get the maximum amount of effect from this mystical, magical, sacred fruit. The coffee I am creating is medicinal quality and I, and others I turn on to it, are getting high off of it! Coffee is the most widely used psychoactive drug on the planet and is probably the least understood in terms of its effects on the human brain and body. I will try to de-mystify, de-bunk, and deliver logical and practical ways the average person can benefit most from coffee's special qualities.
